This pet-friendly home is set up for two families to vacation together and still have their own private experiences..

A fabulous two level floor plan with separate entrances, bedrooms, bathrooms, a sleep sofa, outside deck and cooking facilities on each floor!!!

The upstairs level boasts two entrances, with a private entrance into the master bedroom.  The master bedroom has a New King sized bed and a sitting area.  The master bathroom has dual sinks.  The upper level living area has a Queen sized sleep sofa, a full kitchen, and a large deck area to relax and watch the sunset.

The downstairs has its own private entrance with two bedrooms.  One bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the other has two twin sized beds.  There is also a full bathroom, a Queen sized sleep sofa, a kitchenette, and a large deck area to watch the waterway.

There is room to dock a boat and a jetski at the dock, which has a ladder for easy access to and from the water.

All this is nestled in the Ocean Pines community which boasts five swimming pools, an 18-hole golf course, a yacht club, two marinas, a community hall, tennis complex (hard and soft courts), soccer fields, baseball diamonds, basketball courts, several lakes, and numerous parks, playgrounds and walking trails.

Included with your rental are passes to the Beach Club.  The Beach Club is located at 50th and Coastal Highway right in Ocean City and less than a 10 minute drive.  It offers a private beach with free parking, a restaurant, a pool and a bar.
